Leane Owen
I have been a marketing professional for over 28 years. My experience started on the agency side serving the positions of graphic designer, project manager and consultant in well-respected agencies in Boston, MA and here in Tempe, AZ.From there, my husband and I purchased Arizona Polymer Flooring, a manufacturing company in Phoenix. During that time, I became intimately acquainted with the construction products industry. We grew our company from a regional mom and pop shop to a national powerhouse within 10 years despite only having a shoestring budget. A few years after selling APF in 2018, I started Custom Formulated and have been working as a consultant and marketing partner to small businesses. I have a passion for learning about new industries and I love the thrill of watching businesses thrive.
